• The item must be returned in its original kraft box or packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

• Step 2: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated courier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
